Had a horrible noise with my car this morning dropped it off at 8am. Diagnosed by 9am. Car ready by 2pm. Great communication. I gave reasonable price because car repairs are always expensive but cheaper than a new car payment. I have no idea if it was a great price. Car is 10 years old and hope to keep it a while longer!

I just moved to Plano and was looking for somewhere to get my oil changed and tires rotated and found this place. They do a great job and their prices are better than anywhere else I have found and their customer service is above and beyond!! Highly recommend them!!! 5 stars.

Had a fantastic first experience at Car Care Central getting my Honda HR-V serviced. The team was professional, incredibly efficient with the engine cover installation, and honest. It’s hard to find a shop this reliable—I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Took my truck in for a tune up and check up on an electrical issue, first time at this shop. Service is outstanding! Extremely friendly and helpful with questions on services and products. The shop is honestly probably the cleanest autoshop I've ever been too. Very professional. And the pricing, can't beat it! This is now my go to shop for any issues. Great team!

I found this place on Groupon. The guy at the counter was helpful and friendly and they didn’t try to scam me out of money or push repairs on me like other places have done and being a woman I very much appreciate that. 10/10 service. Cheap, fast and knowledgeable

Just bought a car and brought it here to get a couple issues fixed. Crystal was very helpful and they took care of my car quickly. They even notified me of another issue and helped me get it taken care of. These guys are experienced and I would definitely come here again.

So happy I found Car Care Central! The customer service has been exceptional since the first call. They worked hard to get me the best price for the services I received, and did a fantastic job on my car. They also did a complimentary full inspection and gave me a few suggestions of other work that needed to be done, but they were never pushy about it. Which is always a fear of mine as a woman going to a mechanic’s shop. They got the work done quickly, and even sent an Uber to get me from work so I didn’t have to pay for one myself. Highly recommend!

What I appreciated most was how they provided a plethora of repair options, clearly outlining everything from the most immediate needs to items that could be addressed later. This place was recommended to us. We have been trying it out , and after 1 year these are my thoughts. They are personable at the front desk and are good at remembering repeat customers. They have been sensitive to times when I have had to wait in the waiting room ( which is clean) and to quickly get my car serviced. I have had them change oil, replace engine mounts, hydraulic lifts for hatch, transmission fluids, windshield washer motor replacement and more. I get a text before they have completed the work to tell me all the they have checked with 3 levels of assessment: 1) system OK, 2) Consider getting fixed sometime soon, and 3) items that need to be addressed immediately. At first I wonder if this was a farce for more business, but found their assessments to be fair. Mind you this was only a text for my personal consideration. No pushy sales. Once complete, no mention of the Assessment list - nor were they pushing further sales or work. They simply Checked me out and I was ready to go. All the work they have done was done well. Their service work is guaranteed I will continue to use them, though they are far from my home. It’s Hard to find a competent place you can trust - I do recommend you try them out.
